Thank you Tom. We are blessed with your online coaching. Our family loves to walk and now we are learning how to put more intensity on our walking and we laugh more, and we have more fun and we also firm our muscles too. Thanks a million for these simple but helpful tips in this short video.

Great informational video, it is nice to know that all I need is a band to increase the intensity in my walking.

Thanks Tom, I see you really got a good work out with the up and down the hill ect. Looks like fun. What should we do for better posture. I kept hearing you say stand up straight. If I have worked for years on the computer and have slightly curved shoulders. What you suggest to strengthen the shoulders and back.

Awesome! Love the extras to do while walking which is my primary way of working out. Will definately try them out. Love the video, thanks so much for showing!

Thanks to all for the great feedback!! Leslie, as for the posture, the core training video will help. Also strengthening the muscles in the upper back is important while combining stretching to the chest and front of the shoulder. Maybe I'll do a video on posture next!!

Great low impact program. Love doing this before I do my swim. As my generation ages our knees, hips and spines are making us evolve away from the high impact activities and into the water with low impact sports and workout routines. Thanks for being a part of our (healthy) lives.

I agree Jaime! As we get older we need to continue working out, but we need to make adjustments in how we train and the activities we do. Like I always say, listen to the feedback your body gives you. If a certain activity or exercise is causing problems/pain, it's time to make an adjustment! Low impact exercises will keep the heart rate up without all the pounding on the joints.

Regarding posture, I'm seeing friends get rid of weight and look great, but, they still have bad posture. So they kind of look tired. I would like if you can talk so more about posture in walking, sitting, etc...

I am walking and running with a group and we are training for some long distance races. What do you suggest for refueling during our runs that go past 1 and 1/2 hours?
