- ½ cup dried wild blueberries
- 1 cup cocoa nibs
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1 cup raw, hulled pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup raw, hulled sunflower seeds
- In a medium mixing bowl, add all ingredients. Store in a covered jar and keep in a cool, dark place.
Chef Tip: Cocoa nibs are simply roasted cocoa beans separated from their husks and broken in to small bits. The nibs can be used in recipes or as a stand-alone snack when nothing but chocolate will satisfy your taste buds.
