We are fortunate to have four fantastic chefs on our Daniel Plan Team. Last weekend they visited Saddleback and shared some of the healthiest ways to prepare for Thanksgiving!
Robert Sternum, Sally Cameron, Mareya Ibrahim and Jenny Ross shared the stage and shared their favorite healthy holiday meals, which we would like to share with you!
Here is Jenny Ross’ Recipe for tender and tasty Rosemary Green Beans from our Healthy Holiday segment:
- 2 cups raw green beans
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh cut rosemary
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Toss together and dehydrate for 2 hours at 118 degrees!
