NEW Women’s Connection Group: MADE TO CRAVE
with Dee Eastman
7-Week study beginning Thursday, Oct. 6, 7pm, Room 403
Learn how to satisfy your deepest desire with God, not food!
Dee Eastman, Director of The Daniel Plan, will lead a seven-week discussion from the book by Lysa Terkeurst “Made to Crave: Satisfying Your Deepest Desire with God, Not Food” beginning Thursday, Oct. 6, 7pm in Room 403.
Discover the missing link between our desire to be healthy and the spiritual empowerment necessary to make that happen. According to the author, craving isn’t a bad thing, but she focuses on how God created us uniquely so that we would ultimately desire more of Him in our lives. And with the stress that life so often brings, the craving that God intended for Him can easily be misplaced for overindulging in other physical pleasures.
- Breaking the cycle of “I’ll start again on Monday,” and feel good about yourself today.
- Stop agonizing over numbers on the scale and make peace with your body.
- Replace rationalizations that lead to failure with wisdom that leads to victory.
- How to reach your healthy goals and grow closer to God in the process
“We will be focusing on our spiritual growth at the center of this study – and I would love to have you join me!” — Dee Eastman
