Join us Thursday night, from 5-8 p.m. at The Refinery for Daniel Plan Night to meet other participants and enjoy a healthy meal together.
Adults: $9.00. Includes buffet, beverages and fruit salad dessert
Children 10 and under: $5.00. Includes buffet, beverages and fruit salad dessert
Children 2 and under: FREE
This week, the chefs created a Daniel Plan Approved Menu, featuring:
- Ionic Spinach Salad – Baby spinach leaves tossed in fresh oregano-vinaigrette, cucumber, tomato & feta
- Mediterranean Chicken – Boneless, skinless chicken with peppers, onions and squash, braised in a natural light basic tomato broth
- Steamed Cauliflower and Broccoli with parsley, garlic and fresh lemon juice
- Whole Fresh Fruit
- Brown basmati rice in a sage-yogurt sauce with a touch of extra virgin olive oil
- An assortment of flavored water and refreshing beverages
