Looking for ways to get your body moving? Four years ago, Tom Wilson started the Walk and Worship Ministry at Saddleback Church to give people professional guidance, a regular routine, and a community of fitness-seeking participants.

Wilson, a strength and conditioning specialist and Pastor Rick’s personal trainer, creates cross-training exercises that anyone, any age can do to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and the body’s core. Regardless of your fitness level (beginner, intermediate, advanced), Wilson will adjust the exercise routine according to your capability so you do as much, or as little, as you want.

These group sessions are FREE, last 60 minutes outdoors, and there’s a group that meets every day except on Sundays. No sign-ups are necessary, just show up and wear weather-appropriate clothing and shoes.

Saturday Morning Circuit Training
6:00 to 7:00 a.m.
This is a circuit training workout (using weights) that meets at the Solid Rock Workout gym, located at 30012 Aventura, Suite B in Rancho Santa Margarita.
