Dr. Hyman wraps up his 2-part series on detoxifying your body, and gives additional ways to enhance detoxification. Dr. Amen shares food allergies and their effects through his experience reviewing more than 60,000 brain scans and helping patients see measurable results by eliminating certain foods and chemicals. He also shares a Three Circles article which he uses with patients to help stay motivated through these changes in lifestyle behaviors.

It’s a great way to get aerobic exercise while enjoying the great outdoors!
