  • 2 cups walnuts or pecans
  • 1/3 cup raw sweetener of choice (agave, coconut nectar or yacon syrup)
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

In a food processor with the s-blade attachment process first the nuts to a meal. Then while the processor is on add the sweetener and all other ingredients(save hemp seeds). Process for a brief moment until well combined and dough ball has formed. Roll into desired size and shape and roll in hemp seeds. Place in dehydrator at 105 degrees for 2 hours or freeze for 1 hour to let set.
