“So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do,
do it all for the glory of God.” ~ 1 Corinthians 10:31

The Daniel Plan is about abundance; not deprivation.  We invite you to eat delicious whole foods that bring vitality and energy to your body and mind.  As you gradually introduce more nutrient-packed whole foods, your body will respond and you will begin to feel better.

Following The Daniel Plan won’t take great foods away from you; rather, you will eat and enjoy a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts, seeds, eggs, chicken, fish and lean (ideally grass fed) meat.

We encourage you to eat food that is grown in a farmer’s field instead of something designed in a food chemist’s lab. The guideline is simple and easy to follow. If it was grown on a plant, eat it. If it was made in a plant, leave it on the store shelf. If you walk the perimeter of the grocery store, you will find everything you need to succeed.

You will never feel hungry. You will simply upgrade the food you are eating. You’ll learn to listen to your body and reduce the processed foods, sugary drinks, and refined sugars that are likely in your diet now. We’ll make it easy for you to get the right portions on your plate, and teach you to develop a new way of thinking about food. Like everything else in life, consider it a journey, not an ultimate destination.

Listen to Melanie, a real person experiencing real results:

I’ve learned to be patient and to “TRUST GOD,” because I created this mess and know it is not going to be an overnight fix. I don’t feel deprived at all. I feel like I’m eating more now than I did when I was unhealthy and overweight. The difference is in what I’m eating. ~ Melanie Black
